If you decide to visit our store in person, you do not need to send information via the website, just come to the store with your game console and games.

Game consoles (We evaluate the console assuming it comes with all original accessories. If something is missing, please indicate it in the message box).

If you are selling multiple games, stack them on top of each other and take pictures of their stubs.

Games must be delivered in their original packaging.

1. General Terms

PixelPeli.com is a marketplace operated by Taigatrust Oy (Business ID: 3377455-5). These terms apply to commercial relationships between Taigatrust Oy and its customers. In addition, the terms of service providers whose products or services are sold through PixelPeli.com may also apply.

Taigatrust Oy reserves the right to change these terms without prior notice. The version of the terms in effect at the time of the order shall apply to that order. These terms are available on the PixelPeli.com website.

Taigatrust Oy is not liable for damages arising from force majeure — any unforeseen event beyond the company’s control.

2. Customer and Data Protection

PixelPeli.com serves both private individuals and corporate customers. Commercial relations are governed by Finnish and EU laws concerning consumer protection, marketing, and e-commerce. Contracts with corporate customers are governed by these terms and, where applicable, by the Finnish Sale of Goods Act.

When placing an order, customers must provide valid contact details:

- Private individuals: full name, address, phone number, and optionally email.

- Corporate clients: company name, business ID, contact person’s name, phone, email, billing/shipping address.

Customer information is stored in Taigatrust Oy's customer register. The data may be used for maintaining customer relations and for direct marketing under applicable legislation. By placing an order, the customer agrees to receive PixelPeli.com newsletters. They can unsubscribe via the link in the newsletter or by contacting customer service.

The GDPR-compliant privacy policy is available at PixelPeli.com. Customers may request to view or delete their personal data.

Product review invitations may be sent post-purchase. Participation is voluntary and personal data will not be published.

PixelPeli.com uses cookies to improve user experience. Cookies help personalize content, remember preferences, and analyze site traffic. Customers can disable cookies in browser settings.

3. Pricing

All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are added during checkout.

Obvious pricing errors will not bind Taigatrust Oy. Orders will be fulfilled using the correct price at the time of dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates based on suppliers' information. Taigatrust Oy is not responsible for delays caused by external factors.

We may limit the sale of unusually large quantities and do not sell for resale purposes. Age restrictions (e.g. PEGI 18+) are observed; by ordering, you confirm compliance.

4. Delivery

Available delivery options are shown at checkout. Orders may be shipped in multiple packages.

In-stock items are usually processed within 1 business day. An order is considered ready when all items are in stock and payment is confirmed.

If any product in your order is delayed or unavailable, the remaining products may be shipped separately. Delayed items can be shipped later or canceled by request.

Unclaimed deliveries returned to us are subject to a restocking fee of €15.

5. Payments

Payment options are listed on PixelPeli.com. Registration is not required to order.

Online payments are processed securely via Stripe or other providers listed on our site. Payment is considered confirmed once approved by the payment processor.

Corporate customers may inquire about invoice-based payment by contacting our team.

6. Returns

Unused, unopened products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Returns must be authorized via customer service beforehand. Return shipping via our Posti customer return code is free.

Used or opened products (including video games, sealed software, hygiene items) may not be returned unless faulty. Digital content cannot be returned once download has begun.

Returned items must be well packaged. Keep all return documentation until the return is confirmed.

7. Warranty & Defects

Warranty terms follow the manufacturer's policy. Most products are covered against defects in materials and workmanship.

Warranty repairs are handled via the manufacturer or their service partners. Customers may also return items to our store for forwarding.

Products returned for non-existent issues may incur service fees. Customers are responsible for backing up their data before service.

Repaired items are stored for up to 3 months after notification. Uncollected items will be recycled.

8. Complaints

Complaints must be submitted in writing by email. Proof of purchase is required.

Disputes may be resolved via the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board or European ODR platform. Jurisdiction is determined by the customer’s or Taigatrust Oy’s local district court.

9. Terms for Business Customers

Taigatrust Oy is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or data. Warranty periods for business use are as per the manufacturer's policy.

Any tampering voids the warranty. Backup responsibility lies with the user.

Force majeure applies as stated above.

By placing an order, business customers agree to these terms. Conflicting buyer terms do not apply.
